Now that Dana and the Lost Lizard is officially available, to celebrate, I’ll be doing a guest spot at The Phoenix Zoo on November 8th from 9 AM to 2 PM in the Wild Side Gallery. I have two Italian Events still coming up this year, starting with the Los Angeles Italian Festival which is a one day event on October 4th. The show runs from 4pm-10pm and I will be in full swing signing copies of the exclusive hardcover version we created of Night of the GabaGhoul. This version is not available on Amazon!

And on the weekend of October 25th-26th, I will be attending the 10th Annual Scottsdale Italian Festival.

And now, the musical mystery I teased in my last email… it’s happening!

I’m teaming up with my buddy Neil (of Impossible Ones and Swain) and his crew to record a children’s album inspired by the wild charm of Louis Prima, Jimmy Durante, and that golden-era goofball magic. Think swing, sass, comedy and a whole lotta GabaGhoul.

The songs will roll out across limited vinyl releases, timed to drop alongside next year’s Feast of the GabaGhoul book. And yes – I’m on vocals. It’s a wild shift from my days in North Side Kings, but I’m fired up to bring this character to life in a whole new way.

We’ve got eight tracks in the works: a mix of originals and reimagined covers, all tailored to fit the world of The Great GabaGhoul. It’s a love letter to legends like Soupy Sales and David Seville, with a splash of Italian flair and a wink to Svengoolie.
